Jonathan commenced work with Randle & Taylor in 2022 having been admitted to practice in 2017 and graduating with First Class Honours in 2015.

Jonathan has worked with DeGaris Lawyers from 2017 to early 2022. At DeGaris Lawyers, Jonathan worked in a broad range of areas from Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Family Law and Criminal Law. In this time Jonathan has gained experience in a various areas of the law for example advice to overseas corporations, testamentary disputes, family law and criminal trials which makes him a real asset to Randle & Taylor as it has given him a variety of skills which is invaluable to clients.  

Jonathan has appeared as counsel in several trials and has conducted several hearings in the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the South Australian Employment Tribunal.

At Randle & Taylor Jonathan practices mainly in the areas of Civil Litigation, Commercial Advice, Property Law, Employment Law, Criminal Law and trial work.

In Civil Litigation and Commercial Law Jonathan works towards achieving pragmatic commercially oriented results for clients.

In Employment and Criminal Law Jonathan is known as a fearless advocate for clients at some of their most difficult points in their lives.

Jonathan has an academic interest in the area of Native Title, specifically in the area of Native Title Compensation Law. Jonathan maintains a connection with the University of Adelaide having taught subjects in Foundations of Law, Principles of Public Land at the University.

Outside of law Jonathan loves spending time with his wife, going out for dinner and discussing how to make the world a better place. Jonathan is an avid reader and a cricket tragic.
