Shadan is a passionate and accomplished litigator who thrives on the challenges of court work and advocacy. She has a genuine love of litigation and is at her best when appearing in court, where her ability to think quickly on her feet, respond strategically to issues as they arise, and provide strong and skilful advocacy sets her apart.
Her practice encompasses commercial litigation, dispute resolution, family law, wills and estates, building and construction, and employment law. Shadan approaches each matter with determination, careful preparation and a strong understanding of her client’s objectives.
She is a confident advocate who is not afraid to tackle complex or difficult matters and is focused on presenting her clients’ cases clearly, persuasively and effectively.
Shadan joined Randle & Taylor in October 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Bachelor of Engineering and Economics, and a Master of Human Resource Management.
Her multidisciplinary background gives her a valuable perspective when dealing with complex disputes, particularly those involving technical, commercial, employment and construction issues.
Shadan places great importance on building strong relationships with her clients. She provides clear, considered and practical advice and understands that litigation can be demanding and stressful and works closely with her clients throughout the process, ensuring they understand their options and have a strong advocate representing their interests.
Outside of work, Shadan enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with charitable organisations, pursuing creative interests, exploring the outdoors and immersing herself in a good book.
